The Fiesta SFE is also known as the Fiesta SE EcoBoost Fuel Economy Package. The most fuel-efficient version features a 1.0L turbocharged three-cylinder engine producing 123 horsepower and 125 lb-ft of torque.
Honda vehicles are known for their fuel efficiency and longevity. For the best gas mileage, get a Honda Civic with the 180-hp turbocharged 1.5L inline-four engine and a CVT.
The Spark gets such good mileage that later models have a gas tank that only holds nine gallons and yet has a range of around 300 miles. Its engine is not exactly a powerhouse, generating only 98 hp, but the Spark makes for some pretty inexpensive Maple Grove road trips.
Of course, the Toyota Corolla makes this list. Its reputation for consistent fuel efficiency is legendary. Generally, you’ll get the best gas mileage out of the hatchback version.
The 1.6L engine in the Kia Rio is paired with a CVT and generates 120 hp. It’s a sporty little number that can go over 400 miles on a single tank of gas.
